By accessing or using Scheduloo (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Scheduloo provides online scheduling tools that let you share booking pages, sync calendars, collect payments and track conversions. We may update, add or remove features over time.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including sending spam, infringing others' rights, attempting to disrupt the platform, or using it for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for the content on your booking pages and for complying with applicable laws when collecting payments and personal data from invitees.
Paid plans and add-ons are billed as described at checkout. Free trials, where offered, convert or expire as stated. When a paid plan ends, your account moves to the Free plan and your data is retained. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.
Where hosts collect payments from invitees, those payments are processed through the host's own connected gateway. The host, not Scheduloo, is responsible for fulfilment, taxes, and refunds to their invitees.
The Service, including its software, design and branding, belongs to Scheduloo and its licensors. You keep ownership of the content you upload.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or to protect the Service or its users.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scheduloo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for missed or failed bookings.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
